This policy explains how TXM Games, the game division of TXMcanally, LLC, handles information in our games and on txm-games.com.

Our games do not collect personal information directly from you. They do not include advertising, third-party analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.

Games may store preferences and progress locally on your device — for example high score, sound settings, music settings, and tutorial completion. That information stays on your device and is not sent to TXMcanally, LLC.

Platform Services

Some titles may use platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games for leaderboards or sign-in. If you choose to use those services, the platform provider may process your profile, player identifier, scores, and related account data under their own privacy policy and terms. We only use those services for the features they provide in the game.

Website

Visiting txm-games.com may create standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google may collect information such as IP address, device and browser details, and pages viewed, and process that data under Google’s privacy policy. Analytics is enabled by default; you can opt out with the cookie notice on the site. We do not use advertising trackers on the site.

Data Sharing

TXMcanally, LLC does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset the data through device or app settings where available. Platform service data is managed by the platform provider through your account settings.
